We are a family business that began offering its services in 2020.
The crisis of that year prompted us to start a business that has taken shape little by little, it all started with the idea of selling a product, our "house pizza" that from the first day was widely accepted by our customers, which It motivated us to develop a complete menu of pizzas including pastas, salads and special dishes such as "Los Chiles en Nogada" or the Christmas and New Year menus.
Always with the commitment to give our best, using the best ingredients, the experience, creativity and passion of the chef to achieve the creation of dishes full of flavor and quality.
Wanting to do everything in a natural and healthy way, caused the chef to start processing his own ingredients for his dishes. From the pizza sauce to the oils to flavor each product, going through different dressings, sauces, pestos, jams, dehydrated products, vinegars, marinades, cured foods and even sourdoughs.
This caused his customers to start asking for those products as well.
Today Chef Argel Muñoz has developed a line of high-vacuum-packed products in food-grade glass jars, with his own recipes, giving them a gourmet-artisanal touch, respecting each ingredient using both modern and traditional techniques and processes in products. 100% natural, low in calories, without additives, of great flavor and quality to put at your disposal.
